Spreading corruption in Terraria is super fun and kinda evil, but here's how you do it: Grab yourself some Corrupt Seeds from the Eye of Cthulhu or smash some Shadow Orbs. Plant them in dirt, and watch the darkness spread. For a quicker spread, use the Clentaminator with Purple Solution, available from the Steampunker during a Blood Moon if your world is naturally Corrupt.
I tried spreading corruption for the challenge but trust me, it gets out of hand REAL fast. Keep an eye on it or it'll consume everything. Also, corrupting near the Jungle is a big no-no unless you want to lose it.
Why spread corruption though? Purification is where it's at! Use the Clentaminator with Green Solution to clean up those nasty, corrupt areas. Happy world, happy life!
