Just drag and drop a machine on top of another one! It's as easy as that.
From my experience in the game, you just arrange them closely side-by-side. Actual 'stacking' isn't a feature right now.
You can't actually 'stack' the machines directly on top of each other in Laundry Simulator, but you can place them side by side to maximize your space.
