Just log out of your current account and create a new one. Simple!
Personal experience here! Go to your profile, hit those three lines in the top-right corner, then 'Settings,' and scroll to 'Add Account.' Follow the wizard, and you're all set. You can switch between accounts by clicking your username at the top of your profile.
