First, build the Community Center if you haven't already. Then, send your Sim to the Community Center, select an empty breakdancing mat, and start breaking!

From experience, make sure your Sim has high energy; breakdancing can be exhausting. Community Center → breakdancing mat → dance away!

You gotta unlock the Community Center first. Once you've got access, just find a breakdancing mat, and let your Sim bust a move.
