Starting the Encryptid event in Fallout 76 is a real thrill-seeker's journey! First off, you'll need to get your hands on a Recall Keycard Circuit Board. You can find these by either buying them from other players or by purchasing them for 2,000 caps at any of the vending machines located in the Whitespring Bunker. Once you have the keycard, head over to the Pylon Ambush Site, interact with the terminal there and insert your keycard. From there, just follow the on-screen instructions, and you'll spark the event into action. Get ready for a challenging fight!

Honestly? You might not want to rush into the Encryptid event without some solid gear and a few friends. It's tough. Real talk.

If you're a Fallout 76 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
