Answer his call, and follow the map icon to meet him. He'll set you up with your first heist, and from there, it's a rollercoaster of planning and executing!

Actually starting a heist? Make sure your game's updated. Early versions of GTA V didn't include heists. They were added in a later update. So, if you're playing on an old version, no amount of high-end apartments or reaching level 12 will help. Update your game, and let the heist begin!
To kick off a heist in GTA V, make sure you're level 12 or above; otherwise, Lester won't bother calling you. After reaching level 12 and buying a deluxe apartment, Lester will contact you with an invite to a heist. Accept it, and the thrilling life of crime awaits!
