To start a Law Raid, you need to go to the Hot and Cold island. Find and enter the lab on the Hot side and place a microchip in the raid computer there!

First, you'll need a microchip. You can get it by defeating the elite pirate NPCs or buying it for 100,000 Beli. Then, head to the lab area on Hot and Cold island.

Just get a microchip, go to the Hot side of Hot and Cold island, and use it on the raid computer!

Don't forget you need to be level 1,100 to participate in Law Raids! After you’ve got the microchip, head to that lab and get raiding.
