Just go to Point Pleasant and snoop around, seriously. The Mothman quest kinda starts when you find yourself knee-deep in the lore and those creepy eggs. No biggie.
Honestly, I just stumbled into it while exploring. Point Pleasant is your go-to, but don't expect a big neon sign saying 'Mothman Quest Starts Here.' It's more about the vibes and less about clear instructions. Best quest ever though, 10/10, would recommend.
