Delete your house from the mailbox, or if you want a fresh start with a new plot, you'll need to buy another plot with in-game currency and switch to that!

You can start over on Bloxburg by deleting your current house and building a new one! Just click on the mailbox, select 'Build Mode', and then 'Bulldoze Plot'. Easy peasy!
