Just boot up the game and look for the big, unmistakable Hot Wheels icon on your map. Can't miss it. Once you find it, just drive up to it and follow the prompts. Boom, welcome to childhood dreamland.
First off, you gotta make sure you actually have the Hot Wheels expansion downloaded and installed. Then, fire up Forza Horizon 3 and head over to the new Hot Wheels tab in the Pause Menu. You'll see an option to travel to the new Hot Wheels area. Fasten your seatbelt, 'cause it's a wild ride from there!
