Just wait for a random email on your character’s phone. That's your golden ticket! It all starts with that one clue.

Honestly, just roam around doing your usual GTA 5 chaos and it'll pop up eventually. The Treasure Hunt email comes out of nowhere when you're least expecting it.

Easy peasy! To kick off the Treasure Hunt in GTA 5, you gotta wait for an email to hit your in-game phone. This email will have a pic attached, showing the location of a clue. Head over there, find the clue, and the hunt begins! There are 20 possible locations, but your journey starts at the one in the pic. Happy hunting!

Wait, people actually do the Treasure Hunt? I thought we all just raced cars and annoyed the police.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
