Just sneak up behind them and wham! But seriously, max out your Sneak skill and maybe grab the Mr. Sandman perk for extra damage with silenced weapons. Darkness is your friend; use it.
First off, get sneaky! Pump those points into your Stealth skill to become harder to detect. Equip a silenced weapon – melee weapons work great for up-close and personal takedowns. Crouch to sneak up on your enemies and keep an eye on the [Hidden/Detected] indicator. When it's all clear, go for the kill. Patience is key; wait for the right moment to strike.
