You can try editing the player’s age to make them younger, or use a roster editor on PC to adjust their career length!

In MyCareer mode, sometimes playing really well or winning championships can delay a player's retirement, but it's not guaranteed.

From my experience, changing the player's age in a roster file editor worked for me. Definitely give that a shot if on PC!

Honestly, there's no official way to prevent retirement in NBA 2K14. Just enjoy their career while it lasts!

If you're a NBA 2K player looking for extra VCs or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in  NBA 2K essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
