How to stop anyone tagging you on Facebook
SingingRidge·2 months agoGo to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Profile and Tagging, then change the setting for 'Who can see posts you're tagged in' to 'Only Me.' You can also review posts you're tagged in before they appear on your timeline. Problem solved!

Hit up Settings, dive into Profile and Tagging, and tweak who can tag you and if you want to review those tags. Easy peasy!
Just set ‘Review tags people add to your own posts before the tags appear on Facebook?’ to ‘On’ in the Profile and Tagging settings. No more surprise tags!
You can't completely stop tags, but you can review them before they show up. Settings > Profile and Tagging is your friend here.
Trust me, changing the ‘Review tags’ setting to 'On' saved me from a lot of embarrassing moments. Thanks, Facebook!
