Hey, it's super easy! On your phone, just go to Menu > Settings & Privacy > Settings > Media and Contacts > Autoplay and set it to 'Never Autoplay Videos.' On a computer, click on the down arrow at the top right, go to Settings > Videos, and turn off 'Auto-Play Videos.'
Yup, just toggle the autoplay setting! I've done it myself and it's a huge relief. No more unexpected video blasts!
