Honestly, just put your phone on Do Not Disturb mode or use another messaging app if WhatsApp calls are too annoying.
I had the same issue. I just set custom notification settings to silence WhatsApp calls. Now, peace and quiet!
To stop WhatsApp calls, you can either mute notifications or just block the person calling you. Poof! Problem solved.
