Honestly, a lot of echo issues come from people having their TV volume too high while using a headset. Turn the TV volume down, and you'll notice a difference.
Make sure your PS5's firmware and controller software are up to date. Sometimes firmware updates solve audio issues without you even realizing it!
Try using a different headset or mic. Sometimes the echo comes from a hardware issue, and a new headset can do wonders.
