The easiest way? Go to Facebook settings, find the Notifications section, and adjust your email preferences. No more spam!
Go to Facebook, click the little down arrow at the top right, then 'Settings & Privacy' -> 'Settings' -> 'Notifications' -> 'Email'. Uncheck what you don't want! Easy peasy.
Just go into your Facebook settings and turn off email notifications. Problem solved!
