Honestly, closing and reopening the game is the simplest way to reset everything, including the emote.
Hot take: Why would you want to stop emoting in Bloxburg? Dance like no one's watching!
From my experience, just opening the chat box or any other menu will also interrupt and stop your emote.
Stop an emote by opening your emote menu and clicking a neutral stance. Works for me every time!
