To stop gamesharing on Xbox, you'll need to change your home Xbox settings. Go to Settings > General > Personalization > My home Xbox, and then select 'Make this my home Xbox' to deactivate it on the current console.

Easiest way? Sign out of the account you're sharing with and then change your password. That way, the other person can't access your games anymore. Simple as that!

If you're gamesharing and want to stop, just remove the other person's account from your Xbox and make sure to reset your home Xbox settings. Worked like a charm for me!

Just go to your Account Settings and switch your 'Home Xbox' to another console or remove the current one. Problem solved!

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
