Under settings, look for notifications and just disable Threads. Your phone will thank you!
Just go to your Instagram settings, find 'Notifications', then select 'Posts, Stories and Comments'. From there, you can customize your notification preferences and turn off Threads notifications.
Easy fix: Head to settings > Notifications > Posts, Stories and Comments, and toggle off Threads. Boom, done.
