Oh, the classic 'GTA won't stop recording' saga! So here's the deal: if you're on PC, hitting F1 starts the recording, right? Just smack F1 again, and it should stop. If you're in the middle of a stunt and it auto records, hitting F3 should cancel that. Console buddies, it's a bit different but usually involves the D-pad. Quick press to start/stop. Not sure why everyone's so into stopping GTA from recording. Those clips are gold! But yeah, F1 or the D-pad does the trick.
