How to Stop 'People You May Know' on Facebook
To make 'People You May Know' go away on Facebook, just go to settings, click on 'Notifications,' then 'People You May Know,' and switch it off!

I turned off email and push notifications. It helped reduce those 'People You May Know' suggestions popping up all the time.
You can鈥檛 fully stop it, but you can hide individual suggestions by clicking the 'X' on each one. It鈥檚 a bit tedious, though.
Just block everyone you don't know... kidding! Simply adjust your notification settings to stop 'People You May Know' suggestions.
