First, go to Settings on your PlayStation console, then navigate to Account Management. From there, select Account Information, then PlayStation Subscriptions. Finally, choose 'Turn Off Auto-Renew' for your PlayStation Plus subscription.

Open the PlayStation Store, go to the top right corner and select your profile. Then, select Subscription Management and turn off auto-renew for PlayStation Plus.

Just do it through Sony's website. Log in to your account, go to Subscriptions Management, and turn off the auto-renewal option. Easy peasy!
