Head over to the PlayStation Store on your computer. Sign in, navigate to 'Account Settings', then 'Subscriptions', and finally disable the auto-renewal for PS Plus.

Log in to your PlayStation account on the official Sony Entertainment Network website. Go to 'Subscription' and turn off 'Auto-Renewal' for PlayStation Plus. Easy peasy!
