I had to do this last month! Go into Account Management on your PS3, choose Transaction Management, then Services List. Just find PlayStation Plus and toggle off the auto-renewal.

Go to your PS3's Account Management, then navigate to Transaction Management. From there, select Services List, find PlayStation Plus, and disable automatic renewal.
