Open your browser, head to store.playstation.com, and log into your PlayStation Network account. Go to 'Subscriptions' under 'Account Management' and cancel your PS Plus.

Stopping PlayStation Plus on your computer is easy! Log into your account at store.playstation.com, go to 'Subscription Management,' and cancel from there. Simple as that!
