Mark the posts as 'Not Interested' by clicking the three dots in the upper right corner of the post. It'll help train the algorithm.
Unfortunately, there's no direct way to turn off suggested posts entirely. However, you can click the three dots on the top right of a suggested post and select 'Hide Post' or 'Snooze for 30 days.' This helps the algorithm learn to show you fewer of them.
I totally get your pain. The best you can do is interact more with posts and pages you like. This way, Facebook鈥檚 algorithm will prioritize those over suggested posts.
