Sometimes it's a sticky key issue. Try double-tapping the walk key to switch back to a normal speed. It’s like tapping the turbo button!

Check your character's encumbrance! If you're overloaded with too much gear, your character turns into a slow walker. Lighten up your load!

If you're still stuck in slow-mo, you might be sneaking without realizing it. Press the sneak key (usually 'C' or 'Ctrl') to stand up and walk normally again.

Could be a bug! Save your game and reload. Worked for me when I got stuck slow walking across the galaxy.
