In my experience, stick drift was fixed by replacing the thumbstick module. It's a bit technical but there are YouTube tutorials to guide you through it.

If cleaning doesn't help, you might need to calibrate the controller. Go to Settings > Devices & Accessories > Controller Settings > Configure > Calibrate.
