Check for any Windows updates or background programs hogging resources. Anything interfering can cause crashes.
Try updating your GPU drivers and verify the game files through your platform's launcher. That usually stops crashes for me!
Uninstall and reinstall the game. Sounds drastic but can fix corrupted files causing crashes. Worked for me when nothing else did.
Just play something else. It's the nuclear option, but it works.
