If you want the voice to zip it, try restarting your Roku. Sometimes a simple reboot fixes it for me.
Just navigate to Settings, find Accessibility, and turn off the voice guide. Simple!
You can shut up the talking by going into Settings, selecting Accessibility, and turning off Audio Guide.
Go to Settings > Accessibility > Screen Reader and toggle it off. The voice will stop!
