Super easy! On the Facebook app, go to Menu > Settings & Privacy > Settings > Media. There, set Autoplay to 'Never Autoplay Videos.' On desktop, go to the small downward arrow in the top right, select Settings & Privacy > Settings > Videos, and turn off 'Auto-Play Videos.'

Open the Facebook app, tap the three horizontal lines, then Settings & Privacy > Settings > Media and Contacts. Set Autoplay to 'Never Autoplay Videos.' On your computer, click the down arrow, go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Videos, and turn 'Auto-Play Videos' off.

Just turn off the autoplay from the settings. Easy peasy!
