Easy fix! Just go to the game's settings and disable VR mode. War Thunder loves VR, but not everyone has time for that.

You can also check Steam settings if you’re running it there. Go to SteamVR and untick the 'Start SteamVR when an application starts' box.

I've had the same issue! I found that launching the game directly from the .exe file (instead of through Steam) keeps it VR-free.
