Do it on your Xbox console itself under 'Settings' -> 'Account' -> 'Subscriptions' and turn off the renewal there.

Head over to the Xbox website, sign in, go to 'Services & subscriptions', find your Game Pass, and click 'Manage.' From there, you can turn off auto-renewal!

Just go to your Microsoft account online. Find 'Services & subscriptions', look for your Game Pass, and toggle off the auto-renew option. Easy peasy!
