First-hand experience here: I use Steam Deck's desktop mode. I installed OBS and connected it to Twitch. Works like a charm!

Use OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) on desktop mode to stream from your Steam Deck. It's a bit more complex but offers great customization. Remember to set your Twitch key in OBS settings.
