Easiest way is to get a capture card, connect it between your Xbox 360 and PC, and use OBS to stream on Discord. Simple!

You can stream Xbox 360 on Discord using a capture card. Connect the capture card to your Xbox 360 and your PC, then open OBS or another streaming software, add the capture card as a source, and stream to your Discord server!

I use an Elgato HD60 to stream my Xbox 360 games. Just hook it up between your console and PC, then share the screen via Discord. Works like a charm!
