You can use the Xbox Console Companion app or the newer Xbox app on Windows. Connect your Xbox and PC to the same network, and hit the 'Stream' button.

I stream my Xbox Series S to my PC using the Xbox app. I make sure both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network, go into the app, and select 'Remote Play' to connect and start streaming.
