Honestly, if they're too tight, I'd just size up. Stretching them might not give you the fit you're looking for.
Fill plastic bags with water, stuff them into your Crocs, and then pop them in the freezer overnight. As the water freezes and expands, it will stretch the shoes.
Just wear them around the house for a few days with thicker socks. They'll naturally stretch out a bit with regular use.
