First, make sure your Amazon Prime account is linked to your Twitch account. Then, use Safari or another mobile browser to go to Twitch's website (twitch.tv). Once there, find the channel you want to subscribe to, click the 'Subscribe' button, and select the Twitch Prime option. Done and done!
