Go to the pause menu during a game, select 'Manager,' then 'Substitutions,' and choose your new pitcher. Easy peasy!

Hit pause, choose 'Bullpen,' warm up your new pitcher, and then sub him in through the 'Manager' tab. Baseball chess, baby!
