Honestly, waiting for a random Solar Eclipse is more thrilling than summoning it yourself. Makes the game feel more alive.

Summoning a Solar Eclipse in Terraria is all about timing and a little magic item. You gotta craft or find a Solar Tablet. Crafting one requires Solar Tablet Fragments, which you'll find in the Jungle Temple. If you're not in the mood for jungle adventures, keep an eye out during your play because sometimes the game just decides to throw a Solar Eclipse at you for free. No crafting required!

Pro tip: Stock up on weapons and potions before summoning a Solar Eclipse. The mobs it spawns are no joke!

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
