Summoning the Flying Dutchman is all about getting those Pirate Invasions started. First things first, you gotta get your hands on a Pirate Map. You can find these as rare drops from enemies in the Ocean biome at either edge of the world. Once you've got the map, head to an area you're comfortable defending and use the map to start the invasion. Survive the waves of pirates, and the Flying Dutchman will eventually show up as one of the later invasion bosses. Good luck, matey!

I've summoned the Flying Dutchman a bunch of times. Best strategy is to prepare your battleground with some platforms and traps before using the Pirate Map. Also, make sure you have plenty of ammo or mana potions because it's gonna be a long fight. Got the map after grinding pirates near the ocean for like an hour.

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
