Tbh, it's not that hard. Collect seven Dragon Balls by doing combos, fill your Ki gauge, and then mash the light attack button to summon Shenron.

To summon Shenron in Dragon Ball FighterZ, you need to collect all seven Dragon Balls during a match. You get a Dragon Ball by doing combos, and each combo gives a specific Dragon Ball. Once you have all seven, you need to have 7 Ki gauges filled. Then, perform a light auto-combo (press the light attack button rapidly), and Shenron will be summoned!
From my experience, the trickiest part is consistently landing those combo strings to gather the Dragon Balls. Once you've got that down, Shenron is just a light-auto combo away as long as you have enough Ki.
