To summon the Deerclops in Terraria, you gotta get its eye first. You can find the Deerclops Eye by fishing in the Tundra during a Blizzard. Once you got it, use the eye at night anywhere in the surface biome. Boom, you've got yourself a Deerclops to fight. Make sure you're ready for a tough battle!

Just craft the Deerclops Eye from 10 Silk + 2 Antlion Mandibles + 3 Lens at a Demon or Crimson Altar. Easy peasy. Wait for a chilly night, and summon it on the surface. Good luck, you'll need it!
