Summoning the Truffle isn't your usual boss fight setup; it's more about creating the right environment. First off, Truffle is an NPC, not a creature you battle. To get him to show up, you need to build a house in an above-ground Mushroom Biome. That means spreading Mushroom Grass Seeds on some Mud Blocks to transform the area. Once your biome is mushroomy enough and there's a vacant house, Truffle will move in. Remember, this can only happen in Hardmode, so make sure you鈥檝e defeated the Wall of Flesh first.
To summon Truffle, just build a house in an above-ground Mushroom Biome and make sure it's Hardmode. EZ.
Don't forget, Truffle's a picky guy. A nice, spacious mushroom house with all the furnishings in a well-groomed Mushroom Biome should do the trick. Treat him right, and he'll make an appearance.
