Easiest way is through the User's Guide icon in Settings. Click it, and you'll have access to a fully functional web browser.

Honestly, the PS5 doesn't have a built-in web browser like the PS4 did. You gotta use the User's Guide workaround.

Just open the web browser hidden in the User's Guide! Go to Settings, then User's Guide, and voila鈥攜ou're surfing the web!
