Swapping Funko Pop heads is pretty straightforward but you gotta be careful not to damage them. Start by soaking both Pop figures in warm water for about 5-10 minutes. This softens the vinyl and makes it easier to pop the heads off without causing any damage. Once they're nice and soft, gently twist and pull the head off the body. To reattach, just pop the heads onto the body of the other figure. Make sure everything's lined up and you're good to go!

Tried this once without the warm water step and ended up decapitating my favorite character. Definitely recommend the warm water technique to avoid a toy tragedy.

Just pull them off and swap em, it's not rocket science. But seriously, a little warm water can help if they're stubborn.
