You're outta luck if you were hoping to take a dip in the Black Lake, 'cause Hogwarts Legacy won't let you go for a swim. The game designers decided our wizarding robes must be dry-clean only.
Swimming lessons must not be part of the Hogwarts curriculum because in Hogwarts Legacy, you can't swim. Water's just another boundary in the game.
