Swimming underwater in GTA San Andreas Mobile is pretty straightforward! Just head to any body of water, and once you're in, simply press the 'Sprint' button to dive under. Keep pressing it to swim around underwater. Don't forget to keep an eye on your oxygen level in the HUD, or CJ will run out of breath!
